THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT REPLACING THE DASHBOARD WOULD THEN BECOME AN OUT OF POCKET FOR THAT EXPENSE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT YET REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE AND STATED THAT THEY WOULD NOT COVER ANY REPAIRS IF THE DASHBOARD CRACKED WHILE RECEIVING THE RECALL REPAIR. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE.
