CONTACTED CHRYSLER HOTLINE AND THEY SAID THAT THERE WERE ISSUES AND NOTICES SENT TO CARS IN THE SALT-BELT, WE DID NOT RECEIVE ONE EVEN THOUGH UPSTATE NY. THEY HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THE LOCAL DEALERSHIP AS OF TWO AND HALF WEEKS AGO AND WE STILL HAVE NO RESPONSE ON WHETHER IT IS COVERED UNDER POTENTIAL RECALL. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE COULD NOT BE PLACED ON A LIFT TO ASSESS THE DAMAGE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 110,000. I HAVE AN 05 CHRYSLER PACIFICA THAT IN JANUARY OF THIS YEAR I WAS INFORMED THAT I NEEDED MOTOR MOUNTS, AFTER TAKING IT TO A COUPLE OF MECHANICS TO SEE WHAT THE ISSUE WAS I WAS TOLD TO REPLACE THE MOTOR MOUNTS WOULD BE ANYWHERE IN THE AREA OF $800 TO $1,200 , SO MY PACIFICA SAT ALL WINTER. AFTER CHECKING AROUND SOME OF MY FRIENDS TOLD ME THEY KNEW OF A MECHANIC WHO WOULD BE ABLE TO DO IT PROVIDED I BOUGHT THE PARTS ONLINE. I FOUND THE PARTS ONLINE FOR UNDER $100 FOR FOUR MOTOR MOUNTS I SET UP AN APPOINTMENT THIS SUMMER WITH THE MECHANIC TO HAVE THEM INSTALLED, HE WAS ABLE TO INSTALL THREE OF THE FOUR MOTOR MOUNTS HE WAS NOT ABLE TO INSTALL THE FOURTH ONE BECAUSE OF RUST DAMAGE TO THE SUBFRAME OR ENGINE CRADLE.I CALLED CHRYSLER TO SEE IF THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO HELP ME THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH MY DEALER TO SEE IF THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO DO ANYTHING.I WENT TO MY DEALER EXPLAINED MY SITUATION THEY NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT THE CAR AND TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO BEING THAT MY CAR WAS NOT MANUFACTURED IN CANADA AND WAS NOT PART OF THE RECALL, (HAVE A NICE DAY) AND SENT ME ON MY WAY.MY CAR HAS JUST UNDER 115000 MILES ON IT AND STILL FAIRLY GOOD SHAPE. I'M RETIRED ON SS CAN'T AFFORD A NEW OR USED CAR OR TRADE IT IN BECAUSE IT'S THERE'S NOT MUCH VALUE ON A 15-YEAR OLD CAR WITH JUST UNDER 115000 MILES ON IT. I LIVE IN NORTHERN NJ WITH SALTY WINTER ROADS WHICH IS WHY I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY MY CAR NOT BEING MANUFACTURED IN CANADA HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT.

CODE P2066 FUEL LEVEL SENSOR B (PERFORMANCE). CODE P0700 TRANSMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM. MY 2005 VEHICLES BUILT IN AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER OF 2004 ARE BEING RECALLED TO CORRECT A DEFECT IN THE SECONDARY FUEL PUMP MODULES, WHICH MAY HAVE AN IMPROPER PRESS FITTING ON THE INLET THAT CAN BECOME DISLODGED AND SHUT-OFF FUEL FLOW. ALL MY 2005-2006 VEHICLES BUILT BETWEEN JULY 8, 2004 AND NOVEMBER 11, 2005 ARE BEING RECALLED TO CORRECT A POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM) SOFTWARE ISSUE WITH THE EVAPORATIVE EMISSIONS SYSTEM WHICH CAN ALSO CAUSE STALLING.
