BASED ON MITSUBISHI RECALL POLICY, TO REPLACE THE CROSS MEMBER AND FINISH THE CROSSPONDING SAFETY INSPECTION, IT WOULD TAKE AT LEAST 2 HOURS AND IT SHOULD BE FREE OF CHARGE. HOWEVER, I PAID FOR FOR THE LABOR FOR 4 HOURS AT $120 PER HOUR AND IT IS $480 TOTALLY. I BELIEVE THEY PERFORMED UNNECESSARY REPAIR TO MY CAR AND CHARGED LABOUR FEES FOR THE FREE SAFETY RECALL (FOR DETAIL, SEE THE ATTACHED DOCUMENT). PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS CASE.
