THIS CONDITION IS EXTREMELY HAZARDOUS IN THAT IN ADDITION TO SOMEONE POSSIBLY FALLING THRU THE HOLE , ENGINE EXHAUST CARBON MONOXIDE FUMES AS WELL AS WATER CAN ENTER THE VEHICLE. THERE IS ALSO THE POSSIBILITY OF AN ELECTRICAL SHORT IN THE WIRING THAT CAN CAUSE A FIRE AND RESULT IN DEATH.
